Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
2 c brown sugar (packed)
2/3 c evaporated milk
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 c chocolate chips
1 c chunky peanut butter
1 t vanilla
Butter (or grease) an 8×8x2 baking pan. In a 2 qt saucepan, mix the brown sugar, evaporated milk and salt. Stir over low heat until it boils. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate chips, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Pour into prepared pan and refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Cut into squares. Makes about 36.

I’ve had this recipe in my old recipe box a long time. It’s yellowed and it came out of the Current catalog. You know Current, the card and check people. Do those catalogs still have recipes in them?
Doesn’t really matter - what matters is it’s good and easy!
