We’re stretching our dollars ‘fer shure’ this month. I’m putting more money towards my house payment AND this is the month that the ‘other’ half of the real estate taxes are due, AND Chilimans prescription went up to a whopping $200 (From $30), AND we bought a grill, AND… ….
Doesn’t everyone’s list just go on and on?
So we’re freezer eating. That’s eating what we already have on hand. This is one of those times when pantry stocking pays dividends.
Pantry stocking is a good thing! Buy extras when items are on sale, and stock up. Got 4 cans of tomato sauce on your grocery list? Buy 6. You get the idea, buy on sale and stock that pantry!
