A long time ago, when I was really really cash strapped and I needed a new light bulb. Well, I’d take one from a seldom used area like a bedroom lamp, or from a multi light unit, like over the bathroom sink and then use it wherever I needed it.
I also, TOOK all my own lightbulbs with me when I moved!
That may seem a little stingy, but boy was I strapped back then.
These days when I need a new lightbulb, I just go to the pantry and get a new one off of the top shelf. Yes, I stock up when I find a good deal and keep some on hand. When I open the last package of bulbs, then bulbs go on my shopping list.
That’s how you keep on top of pantry items.
