Many years ago I recall reading a book by a married couple about increasing your health. I don’t remember very much about the book other than it was one of the first books I read about natural health. The back cover had pictures of them all muscled up.
I read and studied that book. It began my interest in herbs and herbal products, but I digress. They were big on vitamins and natural foods and big proponents of proper amino acid ratios in supplements.
It was a starter book for me, and I don’t remember the name, but I do remember them touting the fact that they wanted you to buy human growth hormone from them, along with other vitamins and supplements. That part distressed me. How can you write a book that really is just touting your own goods?
