Earlier in the year we had to downsize the office, just part of the current economy. We ended up selling some of the office furniture to the ‘building’ and taking some of it to the house.
The good news?
The economy is certainly starting to pick up! It won’t be long before we’ll be ‘upsizing’ the office and we’ll need new office furniture.
When we first opened the office we just went down to the local office supply store and bought coordinating desks. Everything matched. It looked so nice.
A problem happened though when we started adding more desks. We couldn’t get the ’same’ style. It seems that the stuff at the office supply store goes in phases.
We learned our lesson, the hard way. This next time, we’re going to find a ‘major’ brand with classic lines so that as we continue to grow, everything will match.
It just looks ’so’ much better that way.
Now, if only everything in the house was perfectly matched!!
